In cases where manual operation of the crane is not possible, the system can be equipped with electrical powered trolleys. PROSYSTEM has two speed movements as standard and the inverter control guarantees soft movements. Electrical trolley can be equipped with a releasing friction wheel, which enables manual movements of the electrical crane. The electrical movements can be controlled with a pendant control, remote control or with a combination of these.
SOPHISTICATED AND LIGHT INTERNAL CONDUCTOR RAIL
PROSYSTEM aluminium profiles 4/180R and 5/220R as well as steel profiles 200R and 260R are equipped with an internal conductor rail as standard maximising crane’s coverage. The internal conductor rail installed inside the profile is safe from external exposures and it gives the system a sophisticated outlook without any hanging cables. The friction caused by internal conductor rail in PROSYSTEM crane systems is minimal making even the manual systems very light to use.
The electrical feeding of PROSYSTEM light crane system can be done also with a high quality flat cable – electrical equipment including flat cables running inside the profile or with a conductor rail outside the profile.
TAILORING AND INNOVATION
With the advanced parts of PROSYSTEM light crane system even the most challenging lifting and moving requirements can be fulfilled.
SWITCH – The Switch enables connection of two hoist tracks with each other. The maximum load of a switch is 1250kg. It is available manually, electrically or pneumatic operated.
TURNTABLE – The turntable enables connection of several hoist tracks with each other. The maximum loading of a turntable is 1250kg. It is available electrically or pneumatic operated.
TELESCOPIC CRANE – With a telescopic crane the outreach of the crane can be expanded outside the crane track.
TRACK LOCK – With a track lock the load can be transported from a light crane bridge to a hoist track. A track lock is electrically operated and automatically positioned.
